Our ground floor is mobility-friendly, with ramp access available through the back entrance.
As this entrance remains locked unless in use, we kindly ask that you call ahead so we can ensure it’s open for your arrival.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required for all new client appointments over one hour.
Appointments over two hours must be secured with a valid credit card or gift card.
Cancellation
We understand that life happens - if you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. For appointments two hours or longer, we require 72 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the total service cost.
