Cartney Warren is a Master Colourist and Artistic Stylist with over 20 years of experience behind the chair. Cartney is a seasoned hairstylist and certified Master Colourist known for blending technical expertise with true artistic vision. Her passion for creativity and beauty shines through in every style she creates—whether it's bold, vibrant colour transformations or soft, natural highlights with dimensional depth. Cartney takes a personalized approach to hair, thoughtfully crafting a colour and style story that reflects each client’s unique personality, lifestyle, and aesthetic. Her chair is a welcoming space where every client feels comfortable, listened to, and completely at ease. In and out of the salon, Cartney is a true artist. When she’s not designing custom looks for her clients, she’s painting in her studio, caring for animals on her family’s hobby farm, gardening, or spending time with her husband and two sons.

Churee has been a hairstylist for 32 years, with the last 17 spent at Mackie Naturals. She loves the creativity of her work, the uplifting effect it has on people, and the relationships she’s built over the years. Churee has learned so much from her clients—life lessons and advice she now pass on to others. She feels there is something truly special about helping someone feel like themselves again, especially when they’re going through a hard time and a fresh new hairstyle brings them back to themselves. For Churee getting your hair done is more than just a haircut—it’s therapeutic. Whether it’s showcasing someone’s personality or helping their inner confidence shine, it’s powerful. Her favorite services to receive are massages and our organic treatment facials, which always feel like more than just a skincare routine—they’re a full experience. What she loves most about Mackie Naturals is the way they give back to the community, amazing customer service and the attention to detail that makes the place so unique. Outside of work, her husband and her have two wonderful young adult children. She enjoys travelling, cooking, baking, decorating and making art.

Born in England and settling in Canada in 1982, Mandy has spent over 35 years building a career she truly loves in the world of hairdressing. Owning her own salon for many years was one of her proudest accomplishments, but what she cherishes most is the joy of connecting with clients and helping them feel beautiful inside and out. She is also a proud mom to four wonderful daughters, who have been her greatest inspiration and joy. With her youngest just graduating, she is entering a new season of life—one that allows her to travel more, dance more, and continue growing both personally and professionally. For Mandy, hairdressing has always been about people. Every appointment is a chance to listen, connect, and create something special.

Alise graduated from Riverside College in 2025 and loves hairstyling because it lets her be creative while helping people feel their best. She enjoys dramatic color and cut transformations that boost her clients’ confidence. Alise has lived in Mission since 2018 and enjoys the small-town community and building strong relationships with local clients. Outside the salon, she is a competitive boxer, which has taught her confidence, discipline, and perseverance.

Jordyn brings four years of dedicated experience to the field of Esthetics, specializing in Facials, Lash & Brow services, and Body Treatments. Driven by a commitment to client satisfaction, Jordyn is passionate about enhancing her clients' natural beauty and well-being. With advanced training in medical esthetics and a focus on continuous professional development, Jordyn expands her expertise beyond her core specialties to provide a wide variety of different treatments. Fun facts about her- She’s lived in Mission almost her whole life! She’s a Pisces, cat mom and a softball player.

Born and raised in Mission, Jodie Murray brings a warm, local touch to her work as a dedicated esthetician. She has been with Mackie Naturals since 2010. With a passion for helping clients feel relaxed, refreshed, and confident, Jodie specializes in delivering the very best facials and high-quality pedicure services—her personal favourite to provide. Outside the treatment room, Jodie enjoys a rich and creative life. She spends her free time gardening, crocheting, reading, and crafting in her own dedicated craft room. A lover of travel and art, she finds inspiration in beauty both at home and around the world. Jodie is left-handed, happily married, and shares her home with two charming black cats. Whether you’re looking to unwind or treat yourself, her welcoming presence and attention to detail make every visit a soothing experience.

Julie is a vibrant, fun, loving woman, and mama to 5 children. Julie taught English, art and special education for many years. She holds a master’s degree in Management, Leadership and counselling. Julie loves cycling, motorcycling, hiking, reading and yoga. Julie also has a passion for renovating and old houses. You can see this through all the beautiful renovations to Mackie Naturals.  Mackie Naturals was originally founded by Keith Mackie and Robbie Smerchinski close to three decades ago. Julie is honoured to be able to continue with the legacy of Mackie Naturals.
