Her career spans a wide range of roles — from seven years in hair salons, to freelance film and editorial hair and makeup, and most recently as Head of Wigs and Make Up at Bard on the Beach Theatre Society. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Caitlin relocated to Canada in 2014, where she has worked extensively in film and television, creating wigs and hair pieces for major productions. This behind-the-scenes experience has refined her precision, problem-solving skills, and artistic eye — all of which now translate beautifully into her salon work. At Mackie Naturals, Caitlin specializes in personalized hairstyling with a strong focus on hair and scalp health. She is passionate about creating styles that not only look beautiful, but also support long-term hair wellness. Known for her calm presence and genuine approach, Caitlin values building trusting relationships and helping clients feel confident, cared for, and truly heard. Churee has been a hairstylist for 32 years, with the last 17 spent at Mackie Naturals. She loves the creativity of her work, the uplifting effect it has on people, and the relationships she’s built over the years. Churee has learned so much from her clients—life lessons and advice she now pass on to others. She feels there is something truly special about helping someone feel like themselves again, especially when they’re going through a hard time and a fresh new hairstyle brings them back to themselves. For Churee getting your hair done is more than just a haircut—it’s therapeutic. Whether it’s showcasing someone’s personality or helping their inner confidence shine, it’s powerful. Her favorite services to receive are massages and our organic treatment facials, which always feel like more than just a skincare routine—they’re a full experience. Outside of work, her husband and her have two wonderful young adult children. She enjoys travelling, cooking, baking, decorating and making art.

Born in England and settling in Canada in 1982, Mandy has spent over 35 years building a career she truly loves in the world of hairdressing. Owning her own salon for many years was one of her proudest accomplishments, but what she cherishes most is the joy of connecting with clients and helping them feel beautiful inside and out. She is also a proud mom to four wonderful daughters, who have been her greatest inspiration and joy. With her youngest just graduating, she is entering a new season of life—one that allows her to travel more, dance more, and continue growing both personally and professionally. For Mandy, hairdressing has always been about people. Every appointment is a chance to listen, connect, and create something special.

Born and raised in Europe, Melinda is a hairstylist with over 5 years experience behind the styling chair. After graduating from Vancouver Community College she took over a cozy little salon in a retirement community, building not only clientele but long lasting friendships with residents and their families. Melinda loves texture and is a perm specialist, offering all kind of texture services to all genders, including roller sets. Short or long, straight or curly, beach or Hollywood waves, you name it she will make it happen. Crazy colours? No problem. Balayage or Highlights for dimension? Sure! Sophisticated updos? Definitely. She's a mother of three; two kids and one pup. In her free time Melinda enjoys music, ballroom dancing, and everything dog related. She is an avid knitter and crocheter with an impressive collection of patterns from all around the world.

Ana has been a dedicated aesthetician for 14 years, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to her work. For the past six years, she’s been an integral part of the team at Mackie Naturals, where she’s built lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues. A lifelong resident of Mission, Ana is deeply connected to her community and proud to serve the people she’s grown up with. Her favorite service to offer is the organic treatment facial—not only for its skin benefits, but because it feels like a full-body experience. Driven by a commitment to client satisfaction, Jordyn is passionate about enhancing her clients' natural beauty and well-being. With advanced training in medical esthetics and a focus on continuous professional development, Jordyn expands her expertise beyond her core specialties to provide a wide variety of different treatments. Fun facts about her- She’s lived in Mission almost her whole life! She’s a Pisces, cat mom and a softball player.

Born and raised in Mission, Jodie Murray brings a warm, local touch to her work as a dedicated esthetician. She has been with Mackie Naturals since 2010. With a passion for helping clients feel relaxed, refreshed, and confident, Jodie specializes in delivering the very best facials and high-quality pedicure services—her personal favourite to provide. Outside the treatment room, Jodie enjoys a rich and creative life. She spends her free time gardening, crocheting, reading, and crafting in her own dedicated craft room. A lover of travel and art, she finds inspiration in beauty both at home and around the world. Jodie is left-handed, happily married, and shares her home with two charming black cats. Julie is a vibrant, fun, loving woman, and mama to 5 children. Julie taught English, art and special education for many years. She holds a master’s degree in Management, Leadership and counselling. Julie loves cycling, motorcycling, hiking, reading and yoga. Julie also has a passion for renovating and old houses. You can see this through all the beautiful renovations to Mackie Naturals.  Mackie Naturals was originally founded by Keith Mackie and Robbie Smerchinski close to three decades ago. Julie is honoured to be able to continue with the legacy of Mackie Naturals.
